I apologize i used a wrong term describing my network. I currently have approximately 1000 users and have potential to reach 1500 in near future and looking into LMS as a potential solution to support these many users. Looking forward to hear from you. I was wondering if there is provision for a client login. I was able to setup client login for their financial data viewing. But could not find anything for client connection login. What i mean is that if client wants to connect to internet, he should login first. Has anyone set this before. Can someone point me to appropriate documentation. Thanks, Pushkar Sawant. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... It's a GNU/Linux comercial distribution (you can try it for 24h with all functions), it has a graphical user login screen (hotspot, with or without wireless access) and it accepts comands through telnet/ssh/ftp so you can use LMS for users database. Hope this helps. 2011/8/17 pushkar sawant > Thanks for the reply. I apologize i used a wrong term describing my network. I was looking at LMS as a product which provides routing plus bandwidth management along with accounting and much more. I thought someone would have set this up where only logged in users be routed to external interface. I am already using some of microTik hardware in my network. Thanks, Pushkar Sawant. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:
