[lms] daemon i stm po upgrade

upgrade był duży z wersji 1.11.13

przy próbie zsynchronizowania lms z stm zapisuje userów do urzadzenia nie wypełnia mi tabel ewx_stm_nodes

rzuca takim błędem

.....lmsd: ERROR: [db_exec] Query failed. ERROR: insert or update on table "ewx_stm_nodes" violates foreign key constraint "ewx_stm_nodes_channelid_fkey"#012DETAIL: Key (channelid)=(0) is not present in table "ewx_stm_channels".
